Here I am presenting for you a quick and easy kulfi recipe to freshen your taste buds.
Ingredients:
- 1L milk
- Sugar 4 tsp
- Chopped Pistachios
- Fresh rose petals
- Cornflour 2 tsp
Method:
- Boil the milk in a pan, till it is reduced to half.
- Add Sugar and stir for few minutes.
- Add pistachios and then add cornflour mixed with cool milk.
- Stir for few minutes nad let it cool.
- When cooled blend it and add fresh rose petals.
- Keep in deep freezer in a tightly packed container.
- Serve when freezed.
