This Summer you can serve a cool desert your your family with Badam Kesar kulfi.

- Milk 1L
- Almonds (Badam) 12-15 Powdered
- Sugar 200 gms
- Saffron (Kesar) 5-6 strings
- Boil the milk and stir it continously till it is reduced to half
- Add saffron, almonds
- Cook for 5 minutes
- Add sugar
- Keep on simmer for 5 miutes
- Let it cool down
- Fill it in Kulfi moulds and keep in freezer
