Chana Dal vada

Ingredients:

Soaked Chana dal overnight  250 gms
Chopped Garlic 3-4 cloves
Chopped Onion 1
Chopped ginger 3-4 slices
Green Chillies 3-4
Green Corriender
Salt
Red chilli
Roasted Jeera Powder


Method:
Grind Soaked chana dal coarsely
Add all the ingredients and mix well
Make  small balls and press them gently
Deep fry in hot oil
Serve hot with Chutney.

Pineapple crunchy Sandwiches

Ingredients:

Diced Pineapple  1
sugar 75 gms
Creme Cheese 2-3 tsp
Mayonese 2-3 tsp
Salt
Wheat Bread  4 slices

Method

Heat a pan and diced pineapples and sugar, and stir till the pineapples are soft and sugar is dissolved

Let it coll

In a bowl add cheese creme, mayonese and crushed nuts.

Mix this with the pineapple, apply on the wheat bread and cover with another bread.

Press gently and cut diagonally.

Yummy Bhelpuri Recipe

For these Monsoon days, Bhelpuri is a quick snack for kids, which is tasty, tangy and healthy.

Enjoy it in a rainy evening.....

Ingredients for Bhelpuri:

Bhel  1 cup
Cubed Boiled potato 1
Chopped Onion  1
Chopped tomatoes  1
Green chilli  2-3
Salt
Chaat masala – 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Raw mango – 1 to 2 tsp
Tamarind chutney – 2 tbsp
Green chutney – 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp
Golgappa 2-3
Sev 2-3 tbsp
Green Corriender

Method:

Mix The boiled potatoes with onion, green chilli, tomatoes and salt.
Add Chaat Masala, raw mango, lemon Juice, Green Chutney.
Mix well and sprinkle crushed Golgappa and Sev.
Garnish with Green Corriender.
