Cool Rose Syrup with rose Petals

To get something refreshing and cool this summer just try this simple recipe

  • In a mixer add Rose Sharbat,milk 1 glass, 2 spoons sugar and some dry fruits
  • Blend it
  • Take 1 Glass. put some gulkand in it,some dry fruits and add the liquid prepared in the mixer
  • Sprinkle some more dry fruits and rose petals
It will be a very refreshing drink for you this summer.

Tempting Easy Paneer Recipe

On day I ran out of all the vegetables, all I was left was with Onion and Tomatos with some Milk.So I decided to try something new and what came out was the recipe which my family relishes a lot. I want to share this quick and easy paneer Recipe.

  • Just heat some ghee/oil in a pan and shallow fry the paneer cubes.
  • In the leftover ghee/oil, crackle jeera(Cumin Seeds) and saute finely chopped onions.
  • Then add finely chopped ginger and tomatos.
  • Once they leave ghee add haldi powder,dhaniya powder, chilli powder,salt and Kasuri Methi.
  • Then add a cup of milk and stir continuously.
  • Add the shallow fried paneer cubes
  • Bring to a boil and sprinkle fresh corriender.
Serve hot with Paranthas.

Healthy Pav Bhaji for Kids

Pav Bhaji has travelled a long distance from Mumbai Chhat Corner to the Kitchens of all the households in India.
Be it a Kids Birthday Party or time for Evening Snacks, a healthy solution for a nutritious diet.Pav haji has found it's place in the happy hearts of Food Lovers in India.

So Let's get going for this yummy filling.

You Require:

  • Boiled Vegetables like patatos,cauliflower, cabbage, beans,carots,peas,capsicum etc
  • Chopped Tomatos 3-4
  • Garlic Ginger Paste
  • Chopped Onions  2
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pinch of Haldi
  • Corriender and chilli Powder
  • Pav Bhaji Masala to add more taste
  • fresh Green Corriender
  • Butter
  • Pav  (Easily available at grocery shop)/Bread
Method


  • Put Butter in Pan, add ginger garlic paste
  • Saute and add chopped onions
  • Add all dry masalas
  • After 10-20 seconds add chopped tomatos
  • after it leaves oil, add all boiled and mashed vegetables
  • Add 20 ml water and stir for 1 minute
  • Now add Pav Bhaji Masala and squeeze some lemon juice and sprinkle fresh corriender
Serve  hot with Pavs and chopped onions.

The pavs should be slit into two pieces and put on pan with butter till both the sides turn golden.

Healthy Bitter Gourd Not so bitter

While looking at those Green Bitter Gourds you may make faces, No No bitter Karela...But Yes it's healthy and tasty too.

What you need is a big heart to buy bitter gourds, rest my recipe will do.

  • Wash the bitter gourds, remove the tail and chop it in small pieces.
  • 1 big onion chopped.
  • Add oil in the Wok
  • Add Jeera, and crackle
  • Add chopped onions and fry till golden.
  • Add Haldi powder, Dhaniya powder,Red chilli powder,Powdered Saunf.
  • Add chopped Bitter Gourd and stir for 2-3 min.
  • Now pour some water to keep the moist and cover the lid.
  • After 10 min. stir and add Amchoor powder.
Relish with Paranthas.
